What we collect and why

We only collect personal data you choose to give us through the inquiry form or by email, and only to respond to your inquiry about financial planning and management advisory consultations and planning engagements.

  • Inquiry form — name, email, optional phone, your situation and message. Purpose: to reply to your inquiry and prepare a scoping call. Legal basis: your consent (the consent checkbox on the form).
  • Consent preference — the cookie banner choice you make is kept in your own browser under the key apiworks_consent. Purpose: so the banner does not reappear. Legal basis: your consent. This never leaves your device.- Server logs — the same-domain form handler at /api/inquiry may log standard request metadata (timestamp, status) for security and abuse prevention. Purpose: legitimate interest in keeping the service available.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card details through this site. We do not buy or sell personal data. We do not profile you for advertising.

Where your data goes

Inquiry submissions are sent by your browser to our same-domain handler at https://apiworks.click/api/inquiry. They are used only to reply to your inquiry. They are not shared with advertising networks or data brokers. Where your situation needs a licensed securities licensee, an auditor or a cross-border tax specialist, we share only what you ask us to share, and only with your consent.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards to evidence that we handled your inquiry, then deleted. The consent preference in your browser persists until you clear it; you can withdraw it at any time on our cookies page.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to access, correct, copy, delete, restrict, object to, and withdraw consent for processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these, email info@apiworks.click or call +66-76-385-217. We respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the Thai Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.

Security

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS. Document uploads for an engagement use a same-domain secure upload, never email. We are not infallible, but we treat your data the way we would want ours treated.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy in a material way, we date the new version and publish it here. If you keep using the site once an update is live, you are taken to accept the revised policy.
