Why we have a refund policy
We sell paid advisory consultations and planning engagements, so a clear refund policy applies. This page sets out what is refundable, what is not, and how to ask.
Eligibility
- The free scoping call has no charge and can be cancelled at any time.
- A starter consultation is refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the booked time.
- A full planning engagement is refundable in full if cancelled before the document drop (step 2). Once work has started, the refund is pro-rated against sessions already delivered.
- An annual review retainer is refundable in full before the first review session takes place.
Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of a valid request, to the original payment method. This timeframe is proposed and pending business confirmation; if it changes, the updated timeframe will be dated and posted here.
Full and partial conditions
- Full refund — cancellation before any work has started, or a no-show on our side.
- Partial refund — an engagement cancelled after work has started is refunded for sessions not yet delivered, less the cost of any written work already produced.
- Non-refundable — a session delivered and attended is not refundable, nor is written work already handed over.
Non-refundable items
Third-party fees we have paid on your behalf at your request (for example, a referral fee to a licensed specialist you asked us to engage) are not refundable once paid.
How to request a refund
Email info@apiworks.click with “Refund request” in the subject line, or call +66-76-385-217. Please include the engagement name and the date you booked. We will confirm receipt within two business days.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can reschedule a booked session once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.
Deposits and no-shows
We do not take deposits. If you do not attend a booked and confirmed session without notice, that session is treated as delivered and is not refundable. A no-show on our side is a full refund for that session.
Work already started
If an engagement is cancelled partway through, you receive the written work completed up to that point and a refund for the portion not yet delivered.
