The service
APIWorks Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) provides financial planning and management advisory consultations and planning engagements for freelancers and contractors. We do not place trades, custody client money, sell investment products, or act as a licensed securities licensee. Where a decision requires one, we say so and pass you to one.

Engagements and fees
Our services are offered as a starter consultation (from THB 1,500), a full planning engagement (from THB 9,000), and an annual review retainer (from THB 3,500 per year). Fees are fixed and quoted in THB before any work starts. A fee becomes payable once you confirm an engagement; the scoping call is free of charge.
What an engagement is — and is not
A planning engagement produces a written plan and recommendations based on the information you provide. It is advice, not a guarantee of any financial outcome. We do not promise investment returns, tax savings, or approval by any authority. The actions you take on the plan are your own decisions.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Financial planning advice is only as good as the inputs. If your income, client base, or tax situation changes materially during an engagement, tell us so the plan can be adjusted.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full on our refund policy page. In short: a scoping call can be cancelled at any time without charge; an engagement can be cancelled before work starts for a full refund; work already started is handled per the refund policy.
Intellectual property
The written plan you receive is for your personal use. You may not resell, syndicate, or repackage it as advice to others. We retain the rights to our templates and methods; you retain your own data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Thai law, our liability for an engagement is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from actions you take on the plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket, Thailand.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we mark the new version with a date and post it on this page. Continued use of the service once a new version is live means you accept the revised terms.
